Our trails offer a spectacular view of the Platte River, and wind through prairies and riparian woodlands. From March-April, our trails are open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm to reduce disturbance to cranes. During this time, naturalists provide interpretive talks and are always happy to answer questions. Outside of the spring crane migration, our trails are open from dawn until dusk and provide opportunities to observe iconic grassland and riverine bird species.
