The Iain Nicolson Audubon Center at Rowe Sanctuary lies right in the heart of a critical spring staging area for migrating Sandhill Cranes.  Come experience one of the last great wildlife migrations on the planet.

Rowe Sanctuary offers a wide variety of activities to help you experience the Sandhill Crane migration.  For more information call 308-468-5282

HOURS

Update: The trails and center are open! The updated center hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 2 pm.

The Iain Nicolson Audubon Center is normally open year-round, except most holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year's.

Admission: Free (donations always welcome)

Crane Season Hours

February 15 - April 15
8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., seven days a week

Regular Hours

April 16 - February 14  (closed Saturdays and major holidays)
9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
1 p.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday

Access to Rowe Sanctuary is limited to two walking trails that originate from the Iain Nicolson Audubon Center. These trails are open from dawn until dusk for most of the year, but are closed during Crane Season and during rifle deer season. Please contact us at 308-468-5282 if you have any questions.
