Join us for a one day yoga retreat located in the heart of Nebraska on the banks of the beautiful Platte River at the beautiful Rowe Sanctuary. Many breakout sessions with the opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, take a walking meditation on the trails with stunning views of the river, wetlands, woodlands and fields, and enjoy time with community and sharing.
