Join us on September 28th, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, for a seed harvest at Rowe Sanctuary. You can expect to learn and identify common grassland flowers, collect their seeds, and enjoy our beautiful trails and prairie restoration projects. There is no registration fee, however, please RSVP on our website. Participants will be accompanied by Rowe Sanctuary staff to answer any questions and to guide seed collection. 

The seeds collected during this program will be used by Rowe Sanctuary for future habitat restoration projects, as well as for personal use for at-home native gardens. 

We recommend that participants wear long pants, closed toed shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, gloves, and bring a water bottle. We will provide extra water and gloves as necessary.
