Celebrate the dance of the crane as a family by learning to create a simple Nebraska landscape background with pastel chalk in this 1.5 hour workshop. Instructor Susan Hart will show you how to top off your pastel with an abstract crane using paint and a craft feather!

Families will also get to experience indoor crane viewing as cranes come into the river valley to roost while taking this art course. This is a great way for families with children under 10 years of age to be introduced to the crane migration!  Cost $30 per family, pre-registration is required. All art supplies will be provided.   This programming is provided in collaboration with the Museum of Nebraska Art (MONA).
