Anne Troyer

Senior Outreach Coordinator

Anne is the Senior Coordinator of Outreach at Audubon’s Rowe Sanctuary. She grew up on a farm near Shickley Nebraska, a small town in south central Nebraska. It was here that her love for the natural world. Anne would graduate high school in 2008 and would complete a B.A. in Bible, Religion and Philosophy with a minor in Woman’s Studies from Goshen College in 2013. 

Soon after graduation Anne moved back to Nebraska and was hired as a seasonal technician at Rowe Sanctuary in 2015. Anne has had the pleasure of working on a wide variety of projects at Rowe Sanctuary. She has worked as a volunteer coordinator, native plants seed collection, prescribed fire, educational programs with both adults and children and eco-tourism surrounding the annual Sandhill Cranes. Anne’s current position is responsible for increasing community-based stewardship of the Platte River and associated habitats within the central Nebraska area.
