The Platte River Safari and Flying Higher Camps are day camps where children can learn about the Platte River and other natural areas at Audubon’s Rowe Sanctuary. Campers take part in a variety of hands-on activities that include natural and physical science, language arts, history, agriculture, music and art.
The Iain Nicolson Audubon Center at Rowe Sanctuary will reopen to the public on Wednesday, July 15. The hours will be 10:00 am-2:00 pm Monday through Friday and trails will continue to be open sunrise to sunset.
