Birdwatching Made Easy & Great Backyard Bird Count     Sunday, February 15     2:00 pm

Join us in this fun, interactive, family-friendly program.  Learn how to use binoculars and field guides, and steps to help you identify birds.  Then put your new found skills to work helping with the Great Backyard Bird Count.  If you don't have your own set of binoculars, no need to worry.  We will have binoculars you can use.

 

Family Crane Carnival     Saturday, March 7     10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Audubon's Rowe Sanctuary is hosting the tenth annual Family Crane Carnival, a one of a kind carnival for all ages with an emphasis on fun and learning. This is a great opportunity to learn about cranes and their habitat in a hands-on setting. There will be a scavenger hunt, touchable exhibits, face painting, games, a crane cafe, and much more.  Candi Crane will also be out and about meeting and greeting young guests. Don't forget to bring your camera and have your picture taken at the famous crane photo board!
